Sanma-Men (サンマーメン) originated around 1947 in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. Outstanding with a soy sauce broth full of the rich flavor and scent of oyster sauce. It goes well with the medium-thin noodles, which are smooth and soft, chewy, and delightful. Comes with 5 colors of toppings which are white from bean sprouts that are unique to Sanma-Men, orange from carrots, black from cloud ear mushrooms, yellow from seasoned bamboo shoots, and green from chives.

How to eat.
1. Halfway open the lid. Take out all of the condiment sachets.
2. Tear the dried meat and vegetable sachets into the bowl. Pour 430 ml of hot water, or it reaches the indicator line inside the bowl. Close the lid and wait for about 4 minutes or until the noodles are soft to the desired level.
3. Open the lid. Tear the soup sachet into the bowl, stirring well. Ready to eat.
