Ramen in a large bowl with mellow soup.

This ramen is from the “Gotsumori” series, one of the most popular from the Maru-chan brand and known for its large bowl. A substantial amount of noodles, up to 90 grams. You can enjoy the soft and chewy ramen noodles served in a tonkotsu broth made from pork and chicken bones. Season with shoyu, garlic, and ginger to create a rich and mellow flavor. It comes with chashu pork, Naruto, and spring onions as toppings.

How to eat.
1. Halfway open the lid. Take out all of the condiment sachets. Tear the soup powder sachet and dried meat and vegetable sachets into the bowl.
2. Pour 530 ml of boiling water, or it reaches the indicator line inside the bowl. Close the lid then place the liquid soup sachet on top, and wait for about 3 minutes.
3. Open the lid. Tear the liquid soup sachet into the bowl, stirring well. Ready to eat.
