Kitakata Ramen (喜多方ラーメン) is one of Japan’s three most famous ramen dishes. Outstanding with a combination of pork bone soup and seafood soup, mellow flavor, and fragrance. Seasoned with local soy sauce from the Fukushima Prefecture’s Kitakata. It goes well with the unique flat and slightly wavy noodles, which are smooth and soft, chewy and delightful. Comes with full toppings, including chashu pork, naruto, seasoned bamboo shoots, and green onions.
This bowl is part of the Sugomen (凄麺) brand’s Local Series (ご当地シリーズ), offering unique flavors of ramen in each Japanese prefecture. How to eat.
1. Halfway open the lid. Take out all of the condiment sachets.
2. Tear the dried meat and vegetable sachets into the bowl. Pour 430 ml of hot water, or it reaches the indicator line inside the bowl. Close the lid and wait for about 5 minutes or until the noodles are soft to the desired level.
3. Open the lid. Tear the soup sachet into the bowl, stirring well. Ready to eat.
