“Houjun Sanuki Somen” is made with Japanese wheat and “Teshio of Ako”, a carefully selected traditional natural salt. Rich in natural minerals that enhance the umami flavor of wheat. You can enjoy the smooth and soft touch, and chewy, as well as the silky, shiny, and fragrance of somen noodles. Suitable for making Hiyashi Somen or cold somen, Japanese summer dishes that are easy to consume, fluent in the neck, and cure exhaustion in the summer as well. It can also be used for creating various menus such as Tsukeman, Champuru, Nyumen, and so on.
Delicious by boiling method. (100 g)
1. Boil 1 l of water, then add the somen noodles and cook for about 2.30 minutes. Stir constantly to prevent the lines from sticking together. (Depending on the level of softness required, the boiling time can be changed.)
2. Pour the somen noodles into a sieve. Wash 2-3 times with cold water.
3. Serve with prepared sauce or soup.
