🍲 Honmono Nippon imports delectable Japanese hot pot broth with a flavor straight from Hokkaido. Ishikari nabe is a meal popular in Hokkaido that combines items including salmon (and occasionally trout) 🐟, onions, potatoes, radishes, cabbage, and corn 🌽 with a broth made from kombu that is farmed locally. It’s even more special with white miso and gouda cheese 🧀, which makes the overall taste salty, creamy and mellow. Maybe add a little milk to increase the concentration and umami to make it more delicious. 😋

• Scallop 100 g
• Potato 150 g
• Onion 125 g
• Cabbage 300 g
• Shimeji Mushroom 100 g
• Spinach 125 g

🥢 A easy method for enjoying nabe.
1. Place the broth in the pot and heat it. Put your preferred seafood in the pot after it begins to bubble around the edge.
(Before adding the broth to the pot, give the sachet a good shake.)
2. Add the potatoes, onions, cabbage, shimeji mushrooms, and spinach last once it begins to bubble once more.
3. After adding all the ingredients Wait for it to boil again and it’s ready to serve.
