🥢 Delicious by boiling method (for 1 serving)
*Before boiling, please do not loosen the Udon noodles.
1. Boil 250 ml of water, then add the Udon noodles and cook for 1 minute.
2. Gently loosen the Udon noodles, then add the broth powder and cook for a few minutes more.
3. Remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl. The Udon is ready to be served.

🥢 Delicious by microwave method (for 1 serving)
1. Take out an Udon noodle packet, then trim the bag’s mouth by about 3 cm.
2. Place a bag of Udon noodles in a microwave-safe container and heat it in the microwave. It takes about 2.30 minutes (power 500 watts).
*Please proceed with caution when removing it from the microwave.
3. Put the Udon noodles in a bowl. Add the soup powder and pour about 200 ml of hot water, stir well. The Udon is ready to be served.

🍥 Yummy goodness tip: To make it even more delicious, add eggs, kamaboko, and spring onions.
