Tsubame-Sanjo ramen, a popular local dish from Niigata prefecture in Japan. Make an impression with brown broth made with well-flavored Niigata soy sauce. Combining the umami flavor of sun-dried sardines (Niboshi) and the refreshing sweetness of properly cooked pig backfat. It goes well with the thick and soft ramen noodles. I can tell you that if you enjoy rich oily soups, you should not miss them.
This bowl is part of the Sugomen (凄麺) brand’s Local Series (ご当地シリーズ), offering unique flavors of ramen in each Japanese prefecture. You’ll enjoy soft, chewy, non-fried ramen noodles in a large bowl that feels like fresh noodles. Produced using proprietary patented technology. It tasted exactly what you’d get from a ramen restaurant.
