Taiwan Mazesoba is a delicious dish famous for Nagoya, Japan. This bowl is made from soft and chewy soba noodles mixed with a spicy egg yolk sauce. Sprinkle with shredded seaweed, garlic, and fish meals that enhance the mellow taste and aroma even more.
How to eat.
1. Open the lid up to the indicated line. Take out all of the condiment sachets.
2. Tear the dried vegetable sachet (orange sachet) into the bowl. Pour 540 ml of hot water, or it reaches the indicator line inside the bowl. Close the lid and wait for about 4 minutes or until the noodles are soft to the desired level.
3. Open the lid on the corner marked and pour out the water.
4. Open the lid. Tear the sauce sachet into the bowl, stirring well. Garnish with the furikake. Ready to eat.
