🥢Easy Kansai Okonomiyaki Recipe.

🥚 Ingredients (for 2 servings)

1. Otafuku Okonomiyaki Kodawari 1 pc.
2. Shredded Cabbage 300 g
3. Egg 2 pcs.
4. Belly Pork 80 g
5. Chopped Scallion 10 g
6. Water 160 ml
7. Otafuku Okonomiyaki Sauce

🥓 Instructions
1. Combine 1 sachet okonomiyaki flour and 160 ml water. Stir thoroughly with a spoon.
2. Mix in the vegetables, eggs, and tempura powder to the batter.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat, pour in the mixture, and spread it into circles about 2 cm thick (about 16 cm in diameter) fry for about 3 minutes.
4. Top with the pork belly. Turn it over and cover the pan for about 4 minutes (so that the dough rises and is cooked through).
5. Lift the pan’s lid and flip it over once more when the batter and pork are browned. Fry for an additional 3 minutes to remove excess steam.
6. Finished with Otafuku okonomiyaki sauce and seaweed on top. Everything is ready to be enjoyed.
