Maru-uma Kitsune Udon

A deep, rich broth for ultimate flavor! The “Maru-uma” series has been renewed!

This udon features a moderate elasticity and a smooth texture that is characteristic of udon noodles.
Made with Hokkaido kombu dashi, the soup is a soy sauce-based Japanese-style broth with the umami of bonito and shiitake mushrooms.
It is finished with lightly seasoned aburaage (fried tofu), flavorful tempura crumbs, savory wakame seaweed, vibrant colored egg, and green onions.

🥢 How to make :

1.) Take of the lid, pour boiling water  300 ml.
2.) Leave to stand for  3 minutes.
