Just combine this “Rice Improver” with clean water and rice before cooking. It increases the texture and volume of rice, improves its gloss, brightness, and whiteness, reduces stickiness, makes the rice easier to use, and retains the rice quality longer than usual while chilled.

Usage ratio: 5-6% of rice weight

Usage Examples
1. Prepare 1 kg of Japanese rice, 1.5 liters of clean water, and 50 ml of Rice Improver.
2. Wash the rice according to the instructions on the bag.
3. Combine all of the ingredients in the rice cooker. Stir thoroughly and set aside for 30 minutes before cooking.
