Miwabi’s Nama Kirimochi is made from high-quality sticky rice that has been steamed and pounded to a smooth texture. Cut it into squares that are the perfect size. Packed in small packages that are easy to separate into separate pieces to eat. When boiled or grilled, the inside of the mochi becomes soft and chewy. Popularly consumed with Japanese red beans, Kinako soybean powder, Kuromitsu syrup, sweetened condensed milk, or put into nabes (Japanese hotpot). Kirimochi is additionally regarded as a symbolizing good fortune in Japanese culture. As a result, it is frequently consumed at the New Year’s festival and other auspicious rituals.
Cooking Instructions.
• Bake 2-3 pieces of mochi at a time in a 1,000 watt oven for 3-4 minutes, then remove from oven and set aside for 1-2 minutes to soften.
• Grill the mochi on a pan over low heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the surface is the desired color.
• Heat the water and then turn it down to a low setting. Boil the mochi for about 3 minutes.
• Place 2 mochi pieces in a deep microwave-safe container and add a small amount of water. Heat in a 500 watt microwave for about 2.30 minutes.

Storage Instructions.
• Avoid storing in sunlight or in humid areas.
• After opening, put it in a ziplock bag and store it in the refrigerator.
