Furthermore, the distinct characteristics of whiteness and glossiness are similar to those of “Tsuyahime,” and since “Yukiwakamaru” is the rice that was born in Yamagata Prefecture after “Tsuyahime,” it is fitting to name it as the younger sibling of “Tsuyahime.”
Yamagata Prefecture is a snowy region, and snow serves as a rich water source, bringing abundant blessings.
The “Yukiwakamaru” rice produced in Yamagata, a land known for its rice, aims to be the next brand of rice following in the footsteps of “Tsuyahime.”
How to eat.
• Microwave: Slightly open the seal and microwave at 500-600 watts for around 2 minutes.
• Boiling water: In a pot or pan, bring water to a boil. Place the rice pack in a pot with the labeled side up (no need to open the seal) and keep to a boil for 14 minutes.
