Dark miso based hot pot soup enriched by sweetness of mirin, flavoured with bonito.

Dark miso balanced with hon-mirin is perfect for oyster hot pot. Add your other favourite ingredients such as Chinese cabbage, garland chrysanthemum, shiitake, tofu and shirataki noodles. To finish off the hot pot, add udon & beaten egg in the soup.
