This pack contains approximately 4 servings of quality Hiyamugi noodles made according to the traditional recipe from Sanuki (now Kagawa) prefecture. Guaranteed to please, these are best served with Tonkotsu shoyu soup.
How To Use
Enjoy these noodles cold and with fresh garnishes!
• Add the noodles to 1L boiling water per 80-100g.
• Cook for 4-5 mins, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. Do not add salt.
• Remove with a strainer and rinse under running cold water several times. Drain well.
