🥢 Delicious by boiling method.
1. Bring the water to a boil and add a bit of salt. (1 l of water for 100 g of udon noodles)
2. Add the udon noodles once the water has boiled. To keep the udon noodles from sticking together, stir continuously.
3. The udon noodles should be boiled for 10 to 15 minutes before being promptly rinsed in cold water to maintain their softness and chewiness.
4. The udon noodles are ready to be cooked.
