🥰 Honma Mon Mugicha uses 100% Kagawa prefecture naked barley (Ichibanbochi) for a mellow flavor. It is not as bitter as other teas and has a distinct aroma. The tea’s color is golden yellow. 🔥 Hot brewing
• Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil, add 1 bag of Honma Mon Mugicha, and boil for 3-5 minutes before removing from the heat. Can be consumed hot or cold.

❄️ Cold brewing
• Place 1 bag of Honma Mon Mugicha in 1 liter of cold water and chill for 2 hours. It’s ready to drink.
