Tonkotsu means “pork bone-broth” in Japanese. This is a basic soup. You can of course add vegetables, chicken, and other ingredients to the soup base if you prefer. If you prefer a thicker tonkotsu you can reduce the water further.
How To Use
1 sachet of broth, add 300 ml of hot water, It is recommended to reduce the hot water If you prefer a thicker tonkotsu. Served with toppings of your choice.
